Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zephyrfashion.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Process: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@zephyrfashion.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Shipping: We will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to select a different item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@zephyrfashion.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
